In Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, you’ll be able to meet and catch a number of legendary Pokémon. Many of these legendary Pokémons were not available in the original Pokémon Diamond and Pearl versions, providing a unique opportunity for players who are checking out these remastered games. You must first obtain Mysterious Shards before visiting Ramanas Park. These shards are difficult to come by, but they can be found in the Grand Underground.
You can find them in the mining minigame by digging for fossils. Small and large Mysterious Shards can be found here.
Increase the Diglett and Dugtrio bonus on the left side of your screen to increase your chances of finding these items while searching for fossils. For the best results, we recommend increasing it to 35 to 40.
You’ll need at least three small Mysterious Shards or one large Mysterious Shard to complete the task. Return to Ramanas Park and purchase the Squall Slate when you’re ready.
This is the one that Lugia is summoned with. It’s worth noting that Lugia is only available in Pokémon Shining Pearl. However, Lugia will not appear in Ramanas Park if you have the Pokémon Brilliant Diamond version.
