How to Catch Ralts and Location in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl?

The good news is that catching Ralts in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl is simple. It follows the same steps as catching any other Pokémon in the game: looking for one in the wild, then throwing a successful Pokeball.

Ralts is more likely to appear in specific locations. You’ll want to look into the Grand Underground cave system. Ralts is most prevalent there, particularly in certain areas. Ralts are most likely to be found and caught in the following locations:

  • Stargleam Cavern
  • Fountainspring Cave
  • Dazzling Cave

Wild Pokémon walk around visibly in these Grand Underground locations, so you’ll know if there’s a Ralts in there.

If that doesn’t work, try coming back at different times of day, as Pokémon spawns can vary depending on the in-game clock.

Of course, there are other places where you can catch Ralts, but these are the most reliable.

The catching process will be very familiar once you’ve spotted a Ralts. You can either throw one of your Pokeballs right away or battle Ralts to weaken him.

It’s easier to catch wild Pokémon when their HP is low, so it’s a good idea to battle a little. Of course, you don’t want to knock out the Ralts by accident, or you’ll have to start the process over.

Moreover, avoid falling into the Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl walking trap bug when playing.
