How to Hire AI Workers in Farming Simulator 22

In Farming Simulator 22, there’s a lot to do. You’ll most likely be harvesting, whether for yourself or your neighbors, if you’re not cultivating in preparation for sewing seeds and fertilizing. Work can pile up, and there simply aren’t enough hours in the day to complete everything. You’ll need some farmhands, or AI workers as they’re known in the game, for those days. This guide will show you how to hire AI workers so you can concentrate on the more important tasks.

You can hire an AI worker from any vehicle’s cab, but it won’t do anything unless you create a job for it to do. To do so, go to the menu and select Work Map from the drop-down menu.

This is where you can see your current position and create jobs for any work that needs to be done.

When you press the Create Job button, a new UI appears on the right side of the screen, which is where things get a little tricky.

When you create a job, it will be applied to the vehicle in which you are currently sitting. If you’re in a harvester, for example, the job you’re creating will assign an AI worker to it.

Based on the vehicle, you’ll have a few options for what the AI worker can do, such as fieldwork or traveling to a specific location on the map.

Assign some fieldwork to an AI worker in the field you’re currently in if you want it to finish harvesting a field.

If you want it to go somewhere else and do some fieldwork, you’ll need to create a waypoint before starting the job so the AI worker knows where to go and what to do.

You can start the job once you’re satisfied with it. The AI workers should then get into the vehicle’s cab and begin driving. You’re free to leave and do something else now.

However, keep in mind that you’ll be paying AI workers for their time, so this isn’t a good idea if you’re looking to make a lot of money.

Well, that’s all we know here about how you can fire AI workers. We hope this guide helped you.
