This means that you can use Platinum to buy the Legendary Gems you need to boost the stats of any of your gear. A reincarnation of Diablo III’s infamous Marketplace, the currency can also be used to purchase items from other players in the game’s Marketplace. You can spend as much Platinum as you like to acquire any Legendary Gems that you see here.
In general, Diablo Immortal isn’t the most heinous pay-to-win game. You can enjoy the game’s PvE without buying any microtransactions, but doing so will make your life easier and less tedious. For those who don’t want to spend money, however, we don’t recommend playing the PvP side of the game as it provides an unfair advantage for anyone who has purchased the Legendary Gems.
