- Rathian

- Anjanath
It’s worth noting that, unlike previous Monster Hunter games, capturing in Monster Hunter Rise yields lower rewards than outright slaying.
In Monster Hunter Rise, you’ll want to stick to slaying monsters rather than capturing them if you want to get the Flame Sac and other items.
Palicoes with the Pilfer skill can also be very useful in terms of farming materials, though this is something to keep in mind later on because Pilfer is a higher-level Palico skill.
