Every time we have dropped in here, we found the Ferrari 296 GTB parked in the garage. The first challenge is extremely simple. You just have to grab the car and make sure the gas tank is full. Next, hit the road and remember to hit hard on the gas and hit the maximum.
The start of the time trial is marked on the map with the red arrow. So once you complete the first challenge, make your way there and drive through the blue checkpoint. You have to reach each subsequent checkpoint in the mentioned time, after all, it is a time trial.
Ultimately, the driving through a stop part is rather self-explanatory. You just have to head to a part of the island that is currently in the storm and drive your Ferrari 296 GTB through it.
