With our time spend well using the Ferrari in Fortnite, we can guarantee that you can easily find the Ferrari 296 GTB at the expanded garage near the gas station in the West of Holly Hatchery. Every time we have dropped in here, we found the Ferrari 296 GTB parked in the garage. Further, you can easily notice it because of the marked blue waypoint below and the red arrows show the starting locations of the time trails.

The three different challenges you need to complete are:

  1. Reach the top speed in a Ferrari 296 GTB
  2. Complete the Time Trails with Ferrari 296 GTb
  3. Drive the Ferrari 296 GTB through the storm

The first challenge is extremely simple. You just have to grab the car and make sure the gas tank is full. Next, hit the road and remember to hit hard on the gas and hit the maximum.

The start of the time trial is marked on the map with the red arrow. So once you complete the first challenge, make your way there and drive through the blue checkpoint. You have to reach each subsequent checkpoint in the mentioned time, after all, it is a time trial.

Ultimately, the driving through a stop part is rather self-explanatory. You just have to head to a part of the island that is currently in the storm and drive your Ferrari 296 GTB through it.
