Are There Romance Options in Fire Emblem Warriors Three Hopes?

You wouldn’t be the first person to wonder about the potential romance options in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes. One of the series’ selling points since Awakening on 3DS is the chance to fall in love with playable characters (there was a Love System even before that in the series). Many fans of the Musou series Three Houses will be happy to see familiar faces in the cast of the spinoff Three Hopes, and the question arises as to whether or not their established bonds with these characters will carry over to the new series, or if they will have to start fresh.

Are There Romance Options in Fire Emblem Warriors Three Hopes?

No one in Three Hopes can get married or have a romantic relationship because of a lack of opportunities. It therefore follows that none of your relationships from Three Houses can be brought over.

The best you can hope for is a friendly relationship with characters like Edelgard and Dimitri (sorry, Byleth fans, she’s the antagonist this time around). Support for many characters can go as high as A rank, compared to S rank in other Fire Emblem games.

The characters’ potential feelings toward one another are sometimes hinted at in special dialogue sequences, which can be a good indicator of what to expect in subsequent games starring the same characters. However, these hints will not affect the story or gameplay in any way.

If your character has a high enough support rank, you can give them the Merc Whistle in exchange for a unique accessory. With the exception of Partner Specials, which allow two characters to attack simultaneously, Three Hopes’s mechanics for fostering relationships between players are rather limited. If you care more about establishing relationships and getting hitched, you should go back to Three Houses.

Well, that’s all we have here about whether players can have any romance options in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes. We hope this guide helped you.
