You must first be able to use Rock Smash and Strength before being able to use this TM. It’s helpful to have Defog for the climb up to Rock Climb, but it’s not required.

You’ll be tasked with going to the lakes fairly early on in the story because Team Galatic is up to no good. Lake Acuity is the last lake you’ll need to visit.

To get to Eterna City or Celestic Town, take the path through Mount Coronet. After a short distance, the path connects to Route 216, then to Route 217.
