Capturing a wild Elekid will lead you to Electirize. Elekid is Electabuzz’s first evolution, which is appropriate given that Electabuzz requires Electirizer to evolve into Electivire.

Elekid, on the other hand, will not be found running around any of the Routes. Elekid is a Pokémon Brilliant Diamond exclusive, so if you want to get it for Pokémon Shining Pearl, you’ll have to trade with someone who owns Pokémon Brilliant Diamond.

You’ll have to look for it in the Grand Underground instead. We found it before you battle Wake, so any time after you’ve defeated Maylene, the third Gym Leader.

Depending on your luck, you’ll need to explore the Grand Underground for a long time or only for a short time. Elekid should be seen walking around.

There’s a chance it’ll have the Electirizer on it when you catch it. It’s possible that you’ll need to take several pictures to find one that does have it. It’s also available from the Battle Tower.

Well, that’s all we have here about where you can find the Electirizer in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. We hope this guide helped you.

I’m a freelance content writer who (surprise!) kind of has a thing for tech. When I’m not working on guides for Make Tech Quick, you can probably find me somewhere in Teyvat, Novigrad, or Whiterun. Unless I’m feeling competitive, in which case you should try Erangel.
