Many players are looking forward to the winter’s biggest event as the Season of Heritage draws to a close. The massive Pokémon GO Tour: Johto celebrations begin next week, and players all over the world will be able to join in the fun with special in-game spawns, bonuses, and features.
About Pokémon GO Tour Johto City In-Person Event
Ticket holders will have even more reason to log in during the celebration, as has become customary for GO Tour events, thanks to some additional special features. There will be some in-person celebrations taking place across Europe to help build hype for the event, giving Pokémon GO fans a chance to bundle up and get together to celebrate the end of the in-game season.
Obviously, not everyone will be able to attend the event in person in Europe, but because there are so many cities participating, many players will be able to visit some of these parks and play in larger groups.
The real-world celebrations will take place on Saturday, February 26, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time, with a complete list of participating parks and locations available here…

Are you unable to attend these live events? Don’t be concerned! You’ll be able to play Pokémon GO Tour: Johto from anywhere in the world, and the in-game ticketed and nonticketed experiences will be the same for everyone.
Pokémon GO used to host a lot of live events like this, but hasn’t done so in the last two years due to the COVID outbreak. Interestingly, it will be fascinating to see what kind of attendance they get and whether global offerings vary for future events now that the company has felt safe enough to return to the in-person event scene.
We should find out more in the coming weeks about what other events will be taking place during the Season of Heritage’s final days. More Pokémon GO strategy guides, news, and updates will be available in the near future. Trainers, until then, best of luck!
