Nintendo is currently offering a 7-day free trial of Nintendo Switch Online to eligible My Nintendo members who want to try it out before committing their hard-earned cash.

The offer will be valid until January 2, 2022, but if you redeem it before then, the code will be valid until February 6, 2022.

However, automatic renewal is enabled by default, so you’ll be charged for a month’s membership at the end of your 7-day trial period. Make sure to turn off auto-renewal in your membership settings if you decide it’s not for you.

Nintendo also encouraged new subscribers to participate in the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Holiday Fun Run by entering the code 3126-5511-1723.

Anyone with a regular Nintendo Switch Online membership or a trial subscription can participate in the special race, which will run until the end of the year.
