The Bungie 30th Anniversary Event is now live, which means a slew of new Destiny 2 content is on the way. Players can also explore the new Grasp of Avarice dungeon set in the fabled loot cave, which includes a six-player matchmade activity.

This 140 RPM hand cannon, dubbed “Eyasluna,” comes with a slew of great features and is especially useful for Stasis builds. Here’s how to get this weapon and what perks you should look for.
How to Get Eyasluna in Destiny 2?
If you want to obtain the Eyasluna, you must enter the Grasp of Avarice dungeon. After defeating Captain Avarokk, the final boss, you might get this hand cannon as a reward.
After defeating him, players will receive two loot drops, one of which may be the Eyasluna hand cannon. You’ll have three chances to get the Eyasluna (one for each character). If you defeat Captain Avarokk three times a week, you will receive six total rewards.
Remember that Eyasluna can be given out as a reward in either of the two secret chests once it drops for you.
These can be found in the large circular room right before the stairwell with the barrel attempting to crush you and in the left eye socket of the giant crystal skull after the Sparrow race.
These chests only contain items that you’ve already found in the Grasp of Avarice dungeon. Furthermore, if you choose to grind the final boss encounter, you should be aware that he will only reward you with dungeon-earned gear if this isn’t your first time defeating Captain Avarokk on that character.

It all comes down to personal preference when it comes to Eyasluna’s PVE god roll. Because this gun has so many fantastic primary perks, narrowing it down to the “objectively best” is difficult.
As a result, we recommend either Fastdraw HCS or Hitmark HCS for the sight. The former emphasizes handling, whereas the latter emphasizes range. We prefer Fastdraw HCS because the base range is already quite large, but the Hitmark is a good alternative.
You can use either Appended Mag or High-Caliber Rounds as a magazine. High-Caliber Rounds will give you more range, but Appended Mag will give you more bullets in your clip, which is always a plus.
Rapid Hit is an excellent choice for the first primary perk slot. If we can land consecutive critical hits, we’ll get a consistent reload speed boost. It’s an excellent perk for Eyasluna, making it useful in both casual and endgame content.
You have a lot of fantastic options when it comes to your final perk. For those who prefer just raw damage numbers, Killclip is a no-brainer, while Demolitionist is ideal for grenade builds.
But we couldn’t help but be drawn to Headstone. It not only helps with Stasis builds, but the increased crystal shatter damage allows you to turn every enemy into a bomb.

- Rangefinder or Perpentual Motion
- Snapshot Sights or Moving Target
You’ll want Fastdraw HCS on your Eyasluna in the same way you’ll want it on your PvE god roll. This is due to the various stat boosts it provides, particularly the +15 bonus to Handling.
If you really want to go all-in on the range, the Hitmark HCS or the Crossfire HCS are the way to go. We recommend Ricochet Rounds for the magazine because of its increased range and stability.
Rangefinder, unsurprisingly, is an excellent perk for the Eyasluna because it increases your range. If this is a little too boring for you, Perpetual Motion is a good alternative that gives you a boost in reload speed, stability and handling just for moving around while using the gun.
Snapshot Sights and Moving Target are both excellent secondary benefits. The former allows you to acquire targets faster by reducing your ADS (aim-down-sights) time.
That said, the combination of Moving Target and Perpetual Motion is one of our favorites. It’s impossible to overlook the numerous passive benefits of running around and firing while firing.
If you don’t mind not having Rangefinder’s range benefits, you should definitely try this perk combo.
