The most important aspect of handling is sacrificed in favor of maximizing accuracy, range, and firepower. The standard handling is overkill for most engagements with this weapon, which are designed for close to mid-range engagements.
However, for the gun’s intended range, our reduced handling stats are very useful.
Minor adjustments can be made at the moment to suit specific situations thanks to Battlefield 2042’s on-the-fly weapon attachment system.
Change to the K8 Hold sight for enemies that are just outside the player’s comfort zone. The boost it gives to handling makes dealing with enemies in the distance a little easier.
The Support specialist and standard Medic package work best with the PBX-45. The weapon’s limited firepower, even at its maximum, makes it better suited to being used as part of a unit rather than as a lone wolf.
